Shipping / Delivery Policy

 

All orders placed, we endeavour to process within 1-3 working days and delivered within 2-4 working days from date of payment using our trusted courier APC. You will receive an order fulfilment and shipping notification, then confirmation of delivery once completed. Please note that all of our orders are tracked for your security.

Should APC leave you a 'sorry we missed you card' it is your responsibility to liaise with APC regarding retrieving your parcel from them. If you parcel is not delivered after 3 attempts, APC will send the parcel back to us directly.

In the event of a loss of delivery, please contact APC on 0800373737.  The parcel can only be claimed for as a loss if it has not been scanned in to be tracked by APC for 3 working days.  

Delivery Options

UK APC Delivery – £5.55 (Up to 5 working days).

Epping - Click & Collect – FREE. Order before 5pm and your order will be waiting for you to collect at our warehouse in 2 working days. 

International Delivery Options

Europe - £20.99 (3 to 5 working days)

Rest of the World - £24.99 (3 to 7 working days)

International Delivery (Duty & VAT)

All deliveries to the destinations outside the EU are subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time of delivery in your country.  You will be liable for applicable duties, fees and additional charges from customs. Lindy Loo's Boutique will not be held responsible to cover these charges.

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes.

For any shipments not collected from carriers and returned back to us, There will be a charge which will be deducted from the refund. 

Please check tracking for regular updates to avoid a return fee.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law;.

If you return any products to us from a destination outside the UK, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier” or wording having similar effect.

The price displayed for goods/services remains the same for all customers regardless of the country of delivery.
