All orders placed, we endeavor to process within 1-3 working days and delivered within 2-4 working days from date of payment using our trusted courier APC. You will receive an order fulfillment and shipping notification, then confirmation of delivery once completed. Please note that all of our orders are tracked for your security.
Should APC leave you a 'sorry we missed you card' it is your responsibility to liaise with APC regarding retrieving your parcel from them. If you parcel is not delivered after 3 attempts, APC will send the parcel back to us directly.
In the event of a loss of delivery, please contact APC on 0800373737. The parcel can only be claimed for as a loss if it has not been scanned in to be tracked by APC for 3 working days.
Please remember that orders may take longer during busy periods (such as Christmas and holiday seasons) or in extreme weather conditions. If you have not received your item within this period, please contact us for a tracking number returns@lindyloosboutique.com
