Refunds

For online orders we offer exchanges and refunds on returns of any unworn or faulty items within 7 working days from the date your parcel was delivered.

Please include within your return, your returns card with your name, order number and reason for return.

You will be given a full refund via the original payment method, this will be processed within 7 working days.

Please note this will not include the cost of the original postage, it is your responsibility to cover the cost of returning your items return the item to us via. Please use Royal Mail, 48 hour tracked, as we are not responsible for the loss of any items returned to us. Please keep your tracking receipt.

The returns costs are at all times the customers responsibility, except in the event of an item being damaged, or an incorrect item being sent. In these circumstances, all return fees will be returned to you.

Please note that whilst it is perfect to try your new items, if you have worn them for any length of time and there are any signs of wear or damage, or if you have washed them, we can not accept them as a return and they will be returned back to you.
