All of our orders placed for home delivery will be proccessed within 1-2 days and delivered within 3-5working days from date of payment using 1st class for delivery. You will receive confirmation of shipment once completed. Please note that all of our orders are tracked for your security.

Please rememer that orders may take longer in busy periods (such as Christmas) or in extreme weather conditions. If you have not received your item within this period, please contact us for a tracking number.

You are welcome to try on your new clothes to see whether they fit (but please keep your own underwear on!). Please email returns@lindyloosboutique.com to with subject as your order number and name to start a refund.

For online orders we accept returns on any unworn items within 7 days.

You will be given a refund via the original payment method and this will be processed within 7 days.

Please note this will not include the cost of the original postage & at this time it is your responsibility to cover the cost of returning your items, We strongly advise you return the item to us via Recorded Delivery, as Lindyloosboutique®️ are not responsible for the loss of any items returned to us.

Please include your receipt.

Please note that whilst it’s fine to try your new items on to check they fit you, if you have worn them for any length of time and there are any signs of wear or damage, or if you have washed them, we can not accept them as a return.

The returns costs are at all times the customers responsibility, except in the event of an item being damaged, or an incorrect item being sent. In these circumstances, all return fees will be returned to you.

Please note, we only refund the value of the items themselves, and do not offer refunds on postage fees where applicable.

If your order qualified for free delivery, and your order is part returned for a refund where the value of the order then does not meet the free delivery threshold, the delivery charge of £3.99 will be deducted from the value of the refund.
