Policies

Delivery Policy

All of our orders placed for home delivery will be proccessed within 1-2 days and delivered within 2-4 working days from date of payment using 2nd class singned for delivery. You will receive confirmation of shipment once completed. Please note that all of our orders are tracked for your security.

Please remember that orders may take longer in busy periods (such as Christmas) or in extreme weather conditions. If you have not received your item within this period, please contact us for a tracking number.

Return Policy

You are welcome to try on your new clothes to see whether they fit. And if you don't like them, what are your options? Simply return it to us, and we'll gladly refund or exchange.

For online orders we accept returns on any unworn items within 7 days.

You will be given a refund via the original payment method and this will be processed within 7days.

Please note this will not include the cost of the original postage & at this time it is your responsibility to cover the cost of returning your items, We strongly advise you return the item to us via Recorded Delivery, as Lindyloosboutique®️ are not responsible for the loss of any items returned to us.

Please note that whilst it’s fine to try your new items on to check they fit you, if you have worn them for any length of time and there are any signs of wear or damage, or if you have washed them, we can not accept them as a return.

the returns costs are at all times the customers responsibility, except in the event of an item being damaged, or an incorrect item being sent. In these circumstances, all return fees will be returned to you.

Please note, we only refund the value of the items themselves, and do not offer refunds on postage fees where applicable.
